This 2020 EarthCruiser EXP is an overland-style vehicle that was built on a 2020 Mitsubishi Fuso Canter chassis by EarthCruiser of Bend, Oregon, and was purchased new by the seller. Power is provided by a gasoline-fueled 6.0L V8 mated to a six-speed Allison 1000 automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. The RV is outfitted with a kitchenette, a lounge and dining area, a shower and toilet, and a sleeping area. Additional equipment includes a power-operated pop-up roof, a 540-watt solar panel system, LED lighting, front and rear receiver hitches, a front winch, Artic Breeze house air conditioning, a water filtration system, and a Kenwood touchscreen audio system. This EarthCruiser EXP has 21k miles and is now offered in Oregon with manufacturer’s literature and a clean Montana title in the name of the seller’s LLC.
The standard cab two-axle Mitsubishi Fuso Canter is based on the company’s FG cabover truck series, and the fiberglass camper cabin was constructed and installed by EarthCruiser. The vehicle is finished in white with black bedliner material on the lower body, and the camper cabin has a power-operated pop-up roof. An Engel refrigerator is housed in the rear cargo compartment, and additional equipment includes steel bumpers, a bull bar, a cab-mounted cargo rack with a scrub frame, and three pairs of driving lights as well as a ladder, dual onboard air compressors with convenience chucks, single front and triple rear receiver hitches, and a front 16.5k-lb. Warn winch with synthetic line. Other details include a 540-watt solar panel system, equipment compartments, and connections for freshwater, waste disposal, and electrical service.
Black 17″ alloy wheels are mounted with 37×13.50′′ Toyo Open Country tires, and a spare is secured to the back of the camper. Stopping power is from four-wheel disc brakes with vented rotors, and the truck is equipped with Warn manually locking front hubs, Radflo remote-reservoir shocks, leaf springs, and solid axles. The brake pads were replaced in preparation for the sale.
The cab houses heated seats upholstered in gray cloth complemented by a color-coordinated center console, dashboard, and door panels. Equipment includes black rubber floor mats, sound-damping material, air conditioning, a Kenwood touchscreen audio system with navigation, forward and reverse-view cameras, a center console-mounted safe, and a locking glove box. The two-spoke steering wheel wears a Mitsubishi emblem and frames a 100-mph speedometer, a 6k-rpm tachometer, a digital information display, and a fuel gauge. The odometer indicates 21k miles.
The living quarters are outfitted with hinged windows, insect screens, vinyl flooring, color-selectable LED lighting, USB power outlets, thermal insulation, storage drawers, and a Bose portable speaker. The dining and lounge area features dual bench seats upholstered in beige vinyl, a folding dining table, and a pass-through portal to the cab. Climate control is handled by an air heater and an Arctic Breeze DC air conditioner with dual evaporators and condensers. A system panel houses controls for the solar system, equipment power, and holding tanks. The kitchenette is equipped with composite countertops, an Isotherm refrigerator/freezer, a double-basin sink, a True Induction cooktop, a water purifier, and a 120-volt power outlet. The sleeping area is furnished with a mattress and a striped headboard, while a shower, sink, and retractable Nature’s Head composting toilet are located in the entry vestibule. Electrical equipment includes Mastervolt power management with a 720-Ah lithium battery system and a Combimaster 3,000-watt inverter charger.
The GM-sourced gasoline-fueled 6.0L Vortec V8 was factory rated at 297 horsepower and 361 lb-ft of torque and is equipped with dual alternators. A 5k-mile service performed in June 2024 included an oil change. Power is delivered to the rear or all four wheels via an Allison 1000 six-speed automatic transmission, a Hero dual-range, twin-stick transfer case, and locking front and rear differentials.
